New job.

Woot! Got a new job. As of February 4th, I'm part of the Unix Sysadmin team for a well-known software company. This one isn't in the Fortune 500, but maybe that's a good thing? Certainly won't miss the bureaucracy of the old one.

The downside is I'm going to be really busy for a while. Apologies to those whose comments and favs have not been responded to. Between looking for work, interviewing, and starting work, I haven't had much time for art.

Thank you! Between the lay-off and bad weather, it was a weird holiday this year. The new year is looking MUCH better. More about that later...

How about you? Did Santa make it South of the Arctic Circle? ;) Oh, and what's this I hear about a volcano?

So far, she hasn't.
My next life I'm gona be a volcano.
Yuppers Santa dropped in last year with a cruise to Mexico, mercy was it ever hot, went from -20F to +86F, got a lovely cold too.

No problem.
Well, this is my faving account. It's where I store all the work I like that isn't mine without having to worry about people's opinions about what I faved. I have another public account that has my artwork on it, though it's far from good.
