In recovery...

Haven't been too active lately. This is why - had shoulder surgery a month ago. Between work, physical therapy, and general pain, I haven't felt like doing much.



The shoulder was impinged (head of the humerus was hitting on the underside of the collar bone) and pretty torn up. They wound up grinding bone off of the underside of the clavicle and acromion. Yow! Shoulder surgery freakin sucks!

On the good side, Dr John and The Neville Brothers are playing the  Oregon Zoo next month - and we're going! Great Naw'lins  music! Looking forward to it.
